Neon Lights 2 text
Neon lights are an effective way in which to draw attention to signs and banners on the street, and now, to your webpage text as well! Requires IE 4+ or NS6+ to work, this version applies a "moving light" to any text by modifying its colour. Two different colours can be used concurrently for the effect, giving the light depth, with all other browsers seeing simply the plain version of the text. Every aspect of this script is configurable, such as the base and neon colour of the text, the speed in which the effect cycles, and obviously, the text itself.
Just refer to comments inside script.
